I found Mom's Manager on the internet while searching for a post-partum doula. Both my husband and I are Korean and we wanted a doula who could help care for our first born baby and cook Korean food while I was recovering.
Choosing Mom's Manager was the best decision for our family. Mrs. Choi In Soo (최인수 관리사님) is still taking great care of my entire family. My baby boy loves being held by 관리사님 and his bath time with her. When I'm tired, I know I can take an hour or two to nap or shower and our baby boy is in great hands. She cooks the most delicious Korean meals for us - probably because she puts so much heart into her cooking. Her 미역국, 동그랑땡 with ketchup, 물김치, 호박죽 are better than any such dishes I've tried in the past! In addition, I found her really helpful during my first few weeks of recovery as she assisted with laundry, tidying up the house, sterilizing all baby items, etc. She really was a blessing for us.
박원장님 was also super helpful and very professional from the first time I messaged Mom's Manager to inquire about the services provided. She was responsive and provided lots of useful tips and from day 1. She even came by during the first week to help me with nursing, even though I initially purchased a basic package which didn't include such service.
Ultimately, I ended up upgrading my package to include to include the nursing assistance as well as massages by an RMT. Nursing was taking a toll on my back and I'm so glad I signed up for the massages (especially since I couldn't leave the house for the first few weeks).
All in all, I highly recommend Mom's Manager for anyone looking for a post-partum doula, especially if they love Korean food like me and my husband. In fact, I have already recommended Mom's Manager to many of my friends who are expecting a child (and even those who are not yet expecting).
